This company is the epitome of good customer service. After a few miscommunications (mostly on my end) Score was more than willing to communicate and accommodate. After I had ordered a ring with a custom engraving, I decided that I wanted to change that engraving. Score sent me both rings, and I only had to pay for shipping for the second ring. After I received both rings, I realized that I wasn't clear on the specific font that I wanted for the engraving. I sent a message, got a quick response, and sure enough, another free ring where all I paid for was shipping. What a great company, always putting the customers happiness and satisfaction first. If you're looking for a ring and you've made it to this page, don't look any further, you're simply wasting your time.
