I ordered this ring for my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I ordered the wrong size. ScoreJewelry.com was very prompt answering my emails and replaced the ring for free with the correct size. I even received the corrected ring before our anniversary!! I totally was not expecting it to arrive so quickly!! Surprised would have been an understatement because in my mind, I was thinking it would be a couple weeks before it arrived! They were very nice and easy to deal with. The engraving inside the ring is perfect. The whole product is flawless!! I absolutely LOVE the ring and so does my husband. He is very proud of it!
